Booking & Service Terms.

These terms exist to support reliable service, proper scheduling, and a consistent client experience. Please review them before confirming your reservation.

Booking & Payment Terms

Deposit Requirement

A 50% deposit is required to confirm all reservations. Your booking is not secured until the deposit is received.

Balance Payment

The remaining balance is due on the day of service, prior to the start of your ride.

Short Notice Bookings

Reservations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service require full payment at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

72+ Hours Before Service

Full refund of all payments made. Cancellations received more than 72 hours in advance are eligible for a complete refund.

Less Than 72 Hours

Partial refund issued. The deposit is non-refundable. Any remaining balance paid beyond the deposit will be refunded.

Vehicle Availability

Subject to Availability

Vehicle selection is subject to availability at the time of service. If the selected vehicle is unavailable, an upgrade from our fleet may be provided at no additional cost when available.

Reservation Confirmation

Confirmation Requirements

Bookings are confirmed only after deposit or full payment is received. A confirmation will be sent to the contact information provided at the time of booking.

Arrival, Delays & Wait Time

Arrival Window

A standard arrival window applies to account for traffic and operational conditions. Exact timing is coordinated in advance with your assigned chauffeur.

Delays and Wait Time

Reasonable wait time is included with every booking. Extended wait time beyond the included window may result in additional charges.

Client Responsibilities & Additional Terms

Client Responsibility

Accurate pickup details, contact information, and timing must be provided to ensure proper service. EcoLuxe Rides is not responsible for delays or missed pickups resulting from inaccurate information.

Service Adjustments

Route or schedule changes requested after booking may impact pricing and availability. Changes are subject to approval and may require an updated quote.

No-Show Policy

Failure to appear at the scheduled pickup time without prior notice will result in a full charge of the booked service. No refund will be issued for no-shows.
